Tyler Atwood Vice President-Development/Designated Broker

Tyler Atwood joined The Hewson Company in 2000 as an Assistant Property Manager and has managed more than 1,000,000 square feet of office and industrial properties for the company. In his current position as Vice President of Development/Designated Broker, Tyler oversees the firm's operations in various markets and all facets of office and industrial development including site identification, project debt/equity, land/building acquisition and disposition, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Hewson, Tyler was a Credit Analyst for Franchise Mortgage Acceptance Company, a lending institution based in Southern California. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on real estate finance from the University of Southern California.

Sean Babson Vice President-Property Management

Sean Babson joined The Hewson Company in 2006. As Vice President of Property Management, Sean oversees all aspects of managing more than 1,200,000 square feet of office and industrial properties including lease negotiations, tenant relations and annual budgets. Prior to joining Hewson, Sean spent four years with Cushman & Wakefield as a Portfolio Manager overseeing two million square feet of industrial, office and retail space. Sean began his career with Insignia/ESG, Inc. in 1999 as an Assistant Property Manager in their San Diego office. Sean graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on real estate and the utilization of land.

Cindy Rosenker Chief Financial Officer
Cindy Rosenker joined The Hewson Company in 1998. As Chief Financial Officer, Cindy manages all aspects of the company's financial areas such as tax returns, review of financial statements and supervision of accounting staff. Cindy began her career in real estate accounting in 1987 with CBS Property Services, a third party management company well known in the valley real estate market. Cindy has over 20 years experience in accounting and asset management with extensive experience in real estate and finance including partnership accounting for various entities and supervising the accounting services of a commercial development company.
Patty Marsh Chief Administrative Officer
Patty Marsh joined The Hewson Company in 1994. As Chief Administrative Officer, Patty is involved in all aspects of office and industrial development including land/building acquisition and disposition, joint venture formation, debt financing/fund disbursement, due diligence, insurance and marketing. Prior to joining Hewson, Patty was Regional Manager with Nationwide Advertising. Patty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Marketing from Arizona State University.
